The purpose of this research was: 1) To study the level of student satisfaction in 5 aspects of the school: curriculum, teachers, teaching management, learning environment and place, and assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes; 2) To study the level of student satisfaction in 5 aspects of the school: curriculum, teachers, teaching management, learning environment and place, and assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes, data were collected using questionnaires from 174 students at Phonsavanh Mittaphab Champasak - Leumdong High School, Pakse City, Champasak Province in the 2024-2025 school year. The instrument used in this study was a 5-level assessment questionnaire, with 1 questionnaire consisting of 5 main factors and 31 sub-factors. Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to analyze the frequency and percentage of general data from the respondents, analyze the order and level of factors that have an effect on each aspect with the AHP step-by-step analytical process model and Fuzzy Modeling theory.
The results of the study found that: The first place is B in terms of teachers with a significance value of 1.6244, The second place is C in terms of teaching and learning management with a significance value of 1.2117, The third place is A in terms of curriculum with a significance value of 0.9882, The fourth place is E in terms of measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.6442, The fifth place is D in terms of location and environment for teaching and learning with a significance value of 0.5312.
The study of student satisfaction at Phonsavanh Mittaphab Champasak - Leumdong High School, Pakse City, Champasak Province is generally at a high level.
